摘    要:以试验模态分析为手段,研究IG-180A旋耕机整机振动模态特征,讨论了模态参数和频响函数分析用于旋耕机设计的问题,提出了旋耕机减重设计中应综合考虑强度可靠性和刚度可靠性的观点,并指出了补偿整体刚度的几种途径。

Abstract:In this paper, vibration modal characteristics of 1G-180A rotary tiller are studied with ex-perimental modal analysis.The vertical vibration, side vibration and rotary axle vibration ofrotary tiller are analysed by means of experimental data. The upper limit of analysis frequen-cy is 3100H_z. By means of modal shapes and modal frequencies, the side motion stability androtary axle stability of rotary tiller are studied. The problems dealing with the use of modalparameters and frequency response functions in the design of rotary tiller are discusseTheviews that strength reliability and stiffness reliability should be considered integratively inthe design of reducing weight of rotary tiller are advanced, and three kinds of methods to re-alize stiffness compensation of rotary tiller are suggested.
