| 摘 要： | 采用有限元理论分析了静压式平面空气轴承的压力场，并讨论了空气轴承压力场边界条件的处理。分析结果表明，空气轴承的压力场呈现尖峰状分布。分析结果已应用于三坐标测量机的空气轴承设计中，取得了令人满意的效果。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the press field of static press plane air bearing was analysed with finite ele-ment theory,and the boundary condition of air bearing pressfield was also studied.The anal-ysed results indicated that air bearing press field is distributed in peak state.Applying the results to the air bearing design of three-coordinate measuring machine, the satisfied resultswere got. |
