濒危植物长穗桑有性繁殖的初步研究

研究了长穗桑有性繁殖的特性，结果表明：桑籽的空秕率达７５％￣９０％，千粒重０．２５ｇ。饱满种子的发芽率达９２％，但发芽势差。经催芽点播后，种子一般均能成功地转化为幼苗。种子萌发以及幼苗生长有脆弱性。保水、通气、肥效足的土壤能促进幼苗健壮成长，砂壤和粘土不利于幼苗生长。

Preliminary Study on the Sexual Reproduction of Morus wittiorum, an Endangered Species

The sexual reproduction character of Morus wittiorum was studied. The main results were as follows. The hollow seed rate of Morus wittiorum was 75%90%. The thousand grains weight was 0.25 g. The germination rate of full seeds was 92%, but the vigor of germination was weak. After hastening germination, the full seeds could all successfully germinate to seedlings by spot planting. There was some weakness in seed germination and seedling growth. The seedlings could grow vigorously in the soil that could keep water, fertilizer and aeration in good order, but not in sand soil and clay soil.
