| 摘 要： | 本文通过对内蒙古河套灌区水资源开发利用现状分析，阐述了灌区水资源利用存在着水资源短缺、供需矛盾突出以及输水设施简陋和用水结构不合理等问题。针对河套灌区水资源利用不合理问题，因地制宜地提出河套灌区水资源可持续开发利用的对策。

| Abstract: | The development and utilization of water resources were analyzed in ttetao Irngation Region, tuner Mongolia, the problem about shortage of water resources, contradiction between supply and requirement for water, crude equipmint of transporting - water and the irrational structure of utilization water were discussed. Aiming at the irrational utilization of water resources in Hetao Irrigation Region and adjusting measures to local conditions, the countermeasure of the sustainable development and utilization of water resources in Hetao Irrigation Region were put forward according to local conditions. |
