针对我国农林业苗圃建设的实际，通过参考国内外对现代化的界定、现代化农业和现代化企业的内涵及理解，研究了现代化苗圃的一些基本特征，旨在为反映一个苗圃的现代化实现程度提供科学的参考依据。

Discussion of modernization of agriculture and forestry nursery

In recent years,with the development of nursery industry,the continuous development of national economic strength,and ever-increasing landscaping requirements,the demand for seedlings has become greater with very faster development of the forestry nursery construction,in larger numbers and higher criteria.Modern nursery as a new concept,has been proposed by many nurseries as the goal of modern development and evaluation criteria in the construction.However,different understanding on the concept of modernization has caused various attitudes toward the degree of realizing a modern nursery.This article made a series of studies in combination with the status of the nursery construction along with the definition of modernization at home and abroad and the connotation of modern agriculture and modern enterprises,to provide references for evaluating modern nurseries.and degrees of realization of a modern nursery.
