| Abstract: | The intersection of urban road network is an important urban node, is also a frequent accidents and traffic delays caused by the bottleneck point. This article outlines the concept of access management technologies and design principles, and then describes the typical urban road intersection access management techniques. For improving urban road intersection traffic safety and to promote sustainable urban development has important reference value. |
