摘    要:选120日龄健康五龙鹅,饲喂含不同比例的冬牧-70鲜黑麦草日粮。采用全收粪法收集粪便,检测粪便中粗蛋白质和氨基酸含量,研究日粮粗蛋白质和氨基酸的代谢规律。结果表明:对照组与饲喂基础日粮与鲜黑麦草比例为1:3、1:4的试验组间净蛋白质利用率(NPU)差异不显著,试验组中随着鲜黑麦草比例的提高NPU呈现出升高的趋势,组问差异显著;必需氨基酸利用率(除蛋氨酸、胱氨酸、异亮氨酸和苯丙氨酸外)组间差异不显著,饲喂基础日粮与鲜黑麦草比例为1:4的试验组蛋氨酸和胱氨酸消化率最低,与对照组差异极显著。

Abstract:Dongmai-70 rye in different proportion was fed to 32 healthy mature Wulong goose in 4 groups random-designed experiment (8 for each) to determine the digestibility of crude protein and amino acid in the different level of crude fibre by total fecal gathering method. The result indicated that: The difference in net protein utilization (NPU) of the contrast group and testing group 2 and 3 was not significant, while the NPU of testing groups showed the current of gradual hoist with the hoist of green rye proportion and the difference was significant; The difference of the apparent digestibility of amino acid (ADAA) of essential amino acid (except MET, CYS, ILE and PHE) in different groups was not significant. The ADAA of MET and CYS in testing group 3 were very low and there was a significant difference between the contrast group and the testing group 3.
