有机肥与化肥配施对结球白菜产量和品质的影响

试验研究了有机肥与化肥配施对结球白菜的产量和品质的影响。结果表明：有机肥与化肥配施可以提高结球白莱的产量和品质，其中以有机肥的施用量3750kg／667m^2和化肥施用量30kg／667m^2的组合产量最高(3．23kg/株)，可溶性固形物、可溶性总糖和NO2^--N3个品质指标表现较好，分别为6．25％，45．38g／ks和0．5575mg／kg，而NO3^--N含量与其他处理间无显著差异，均符合三级蔬菜食品标准。

Effect of Combined Application of Organic Manure and Fertilizer on Chinese Cabbage Yield and Quality

Field experiments were conducted to study the effects of combined application of organic manure and chemical fertilizer on yield and quality of Chinese cabbage. The results showed that the combined application of organic manure and fertilizer could improve yield and quality of Chinese cabbage. Higher yield and quality of Chinese cabbage were produced when quantity of organic manure was 3 750 kg/667m2 and quantity of chemical fertilizer was 30 kg/667m2. In the treatment, soluble substance, soluble sugar and nitrite content were 6.25%, 45.38 g/kg and 0.557 5 mg/kg, respectively, which were better than other treatments. But there was no significant difference in nitrate. The quality of the treatment conforms to the third level food standard.
