野生大花牵牛变异植株快速繁殖的研究

摘    要:以花期长的野生大花牵牛生长点为试材,进行了生长点的生长和分化、试管苗的生根和生根继代培养、试管苗的移植的研究,建立起野生大花牵牛生长点的快速繁殖技术。结果证明:1/2MS+0.1 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA是生长点生长培养的理想培养基;MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA是生长芽分化培养和分化继代的理想培养基;1/2MS+0.1 mg/L IBA是试管苗生根和生根继代培养的理想培养基。试管苗在温室营养钵的河沙中易移栽成活,移植成活的试管苗长势旺盛,并保持了花期长的有利变异性状。

Abstract:The growing points of wild Pharbitis nil with long florescence were used as materials to establish the rapid propagation system by studying the growth and differentiation of growing points,the induction culture and subculture of root,and the transplanting of test-tube plantlets.The results showed that the ideal medium for the shoot growth was 1/2 MS + 0.1 mg/L 6-BA + 0.1 mg/L NAA;the ideal medium for the shoot differentiation and subculture was MS + 0.5 mg/L 6-BA + 0.1 mg/L NAA;the ideal medium for root ind...
