| 摘 要： | 综述了濒危植物翅果油树组织培养过程中成年植株与试管萌发种子苗取材的外植体的种类与消毒程序、植株再生的2条途径（器官型与器官发生型）、生根与移栽、影响培养的因素及培养过程中出现的褐化和玻璃化现象的防除等,并提出了翅果油树生物技术研究今后的发展方向。
