摘    要:目的]测定黔东南林区从江县的原生态香禾糯稻中微量元素Fe和Cu的含量,为该地香禾糯资源开发和利用提供依据。方法]微波消解样品,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中的微量元素Fe和Cu。结果]原生态从江香禾糯中微量元素Fe和Cu含量分别为73.11和1.50mg/kg。结论]原生态从江香禾糯中微量元素Fe、Cu的含量较高,对于调节人体一些生理功能具有重要作用,应给予大力开发利用。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to determine the trace contents of Fe and Cu in the aboriginal ecological Kam sweet rice in Congjiang County,the forest region in southeastern Guizhou Province,and provided scientific basis for the development and utilization of Kam sweet rice.
