淀粉接枝丙烯酸/沸石/粉煤灰保水剂的合成及性能研究

摘    要:以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备淀粉接枝丙烯酸/沸石/粉煤灰高吸水性复合材料,研究了沸石与粉煤灰配比、淀粉添加量、交联剂用量、引发剂用量、中和度及反应温度对复合材料吸水率的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰与沸石在接枝聚合物中可较好的分散,复合材料对自来水的吸水倍率达314.4g/g,对供试生理盐水的吸水倍率达55.7g/g。
