摘    要:为了使废弃的沙棘果渣得到再利用,解决木耳栽培原料短缺的问题,将沙棘果渣按照一定比例添加到木耳栽培料中,通过正交试验确定了沙棘果渣最佳添加量(20%沙棘果渣)和最佳配方,并研究了该配方对不同木耳品种(黑29、黑威11号)菌丝生长的影响,通过出耳试验确定了栽培工艺,测定了所生产木耳的主要营养成分.结果表明:添加20%的沙棘...
