二氧化硅改良马尾松木材表面性质的效果

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法对木材表面进行处理,使二氧化硅生成于木材表面,以改善木材表面特性.通过木材湿胀性、表面耐磨性、光老化性及SEM/EDAX分析测定,研究二氧化硅改良禾材表面性质的效果.结果表明:二氧化硅改良表面木材的吸湿膨胀率比素材的小,木材表面耐磨性和抗光变色性能有明显的改善,其中调湿时间为0.5 h,经6 h浸渍处理...

Abstract:Sol-gel method was applied to the surface treatment of Pinus massoniana wood to improve the wood properties by generating SiO2(silicon dioxide) on wood surface.The modification effect of SiO2 on wood surface properties was studied in terms of wood moisture absorption,surface wearability,and ultraviolet radiation aging resistance by Scanning Electron Microscope/ Energy Dispersive x-ray(SEM/EDX) analysis.Results showed that the moisture expansion percentage of the modified wood became lower,and wood wearabili...
