Abstract:Dry seeds of Dianthus barbatus L.were carried by China's 21st recoverable satellite to study the effects of mutagenesis caused by space flight.Then the seeds were sowed and cultivated in the field.Contents of chlorophyll-a,chlorophyll-b,MDA and proline as well as activities of SOD,POD,CAT in D.barbatus seedlings were determined to discuss the cytological effect of space flight.Results indicated that,compared with the non-radiated seedlings,the contents of chlorophyll-a and chlorophyll-b of the radiated seed...
