抗旱耐盐碱棉花种衣剂田间筛选研究初报

摘    要:为了解决新疆棉花苗期受干旱、盐碱等自然因素导致棉花出苗保苗率低问题,首次筛选出能提高棉花苗期抗旱、耐盐碱能力的种衣剂,2006和2007年将室内研制的种衣剂进行田间小区试验,结果表明,三个种衣剂配方均能提高干旱和盐碱胁迫下棉花田间出苗率和产量,其中棉抗3种衣剂效果最好,在重度缺水时,出苗率、产量分别较对照不包衣处理提高317.9和20.6个百分点;中度缺水时,出苗率较不包衣处理提高153个和31.7个百分点.土壤NaCl含量0.4;、0.6;和0.8;,棉抗3田间出苗率分别对照高1.25、65.3和150个百分点.土壤NaCl含量在0.4;时对棉花产量影响不大;NaCl含量0.6;时,棉抗3比对照增产34.9;.

Abstract:The seed-coating preparation of cotton was screened by plot test in the field in 2006 and 2007 to improve drought and saline-alkali resistance at seedling period of cotton in Xinjiang.The result demonstrated that the seedling emergence rate and yield of cotton were improved with the formula of 3 kinds of seed-coating preparation under the stress of drought and saline-alkali.Among them,the seed-coating preparation of cotton Zhongmian 3 revealed the satisfactory effect.The seedling emergence rate and yield were increased by 317.9% and 20.6% compared with CK uncovered treatment when it was seriously short of water.When it was moderately short of water,seedling emergence rate was increased by 153% and 31.7% compared with uncovered treatment.When there was NaCl conent 0.4%,0.6% and 0.8% in the soil,the seedling emergence rate of Zhongmian 3 in cotton field was increased by 1.25%,65.3% and 150% respectively.There was no change in the yield of cotton,when there was 0.4% of NaCl content in the soil.The yield of cotton Miankang 3 was increased by 34.99%,when there was NaCl content of 0.6%.
