袖珍菇母种培养基的筛选

摘    要:以玉米粉培养基、改良PDA培养基和富N培养基为基本培养基,改变这些培养基的各种组成成分,以菌丝萌发、菌丝生长速率为指标,观察袖珍菇的生长状况,选择出适宜袖珍菇菌丝生长的培养基.结果表明:改良PDA培养基首先萌发,玉米粉培养基其次萌发,最后萌发的是富N培养基;菌丝生长速率是以玉米粉培养基为最快,富N培养基次之,改良PDA培养基最差.因此,筛选出的袖珍菇的菌丝体培养的最适培养基为:玉米粉20 g,蛋白胨1 g,琼脂20 g,硫酸镁1 g,磷酸二氢钾1 g.

Abstract:The corn powder medium,improved PDA medium and nitrogen enriched medium was served as basic medium.Observed the growth of Pleurotu comucopiae which was indicated by hyphal germination and growth rate so that select the optimum culture medium.The results showed that hyphae firstly germinated on the improved PDA medium followed with the germination on corn powder medium,and the final germination happened on the medium enriched nitrogen;the highest growth rate was on the corn powder medium,the lowest was on the improved PDA medium.So the selected optimum medium for the hyphae of Pleurotu comucopiae was 20.0 g corn powder 1.0 g protein peptone 20.0 g agar 1.0 g MgSO4 1 g KH2PO4.
