摘    要:使用乙烯利(2—氯乙基膦酸)对棉花催熟,是近年我国大面积生产上应用并取得显著成效的一项新技术。在正确使用下,可增收优质花,提高产量,改善纤维品质和增加经济收益。1980年起农业部已组织在全国推广,但有关其作用机理的研究尚待深入。前人的研究早已确认乙烯与成熟的关系,因而乙烯常被誉作成熟激素。也确认在棉

Abstract:The results of studies from 1978 to 1980 are summarized as follows: 1.The increase of peroxidase activity after treating cotton bolls with ethrel occurred mainly in the boll carpels. 2.The peroxidase activity in the boll carpels was strengthened markedly after ethrel treatment of cotton bolls.When the peroxidase activity reached a fairly high level,the boll dehisced.The increase of peroxidase activity and the dehiscence of bolls were obviously interrelated. 3.The peroxidase activities of the bolls from diff...
