摘    要:为合理开发蚕桑资源,探索适合广西制备蚕粉的桑蚕组合品种提供依,测定进行研究家蚕不同龄期生物碱含量,同时对广西蚕桑生产中主要饲养的五种蚕品种,在喂食两个品种桑叶的情况下,进行蚕体生物碱含量测定分析。实验通过高效液相色谱法对蚕粉制备过程中,不同饥饿时间处理所制备的蚕粉进行DNJ测定,得出取饥饿6-12h蚕幼虫制备蚕粉为宜;通过对4,5龄蚕各时期幼虫DNJ含量测定,得出5龄第3d蚕幼虫DNJ含量最高,达6.6372mg/g;通过对5个蚕品种和2个桑品种组合制备的蚕粉DNJ含量的测定,得出结论:广西在获得DNJ为目标物的生产中,应取7532与桂桑优12或者932与沙2×伦109的组合为宜,其DNJ含量分别为7.6619±0.0265mg/g和7.3500±0.0596mg/g。

Abstract:For rational development of sericuhure resources and exploration of varieties suitable for silkworm power making in Guangxi, in this study, the DNJ contents of different silkworm ages were determined in the silkworm powder by HPLC.The DNJ contents in the whole body powder from five varieties feeding with two varieties of mulberry leaves have been determined. It is concluded that the starvation treatment would be advisable from 6h to 12h; the DNJ content in the silkworm powder would be higher in third day of five age, which is 6.6372 mg/g, when determined the DNJ content of the silkworm powder in the different periods of the age of 4 and 5; the silkworm powder's DNJ content from 5 silkworm varieties and 2 mulberry varieties were determined to find which group will be more suitable for Guangxi. The result is that the 7532 and Guisangyou 12 will be better, which the DNJ content is 7.6619 ±0.0265mg/g. Of course the combination of 932 and Sha2 X Lun109 is also suitable, which is 7.3500 ± 0.0596mg/g.
