摘    要:应用肌醇、2,4-D、赤霉素在对隔离区内的矮败小麦喷9号液基础上,进行化学药剂二次处理以诱导其孤雌生殖,结果表明,以50mg/kg的肌醇作为二次处理药剂诱导结实率最高,其诱导结实率可达1.83%,与对照有显著差异;对不同基因型的材料喷施9号液进行孤雌生殖诱导,结果表明,不同基因型材料在化学药剂诱导效果上存在差异。因此,可以通过筛选高诱导率的基因型(品种)来提高育种效率。

Abstract:Double treatment on dwarf-male-sterile winter wheat growing in segregated field was made after spraying the No.9 compounded chemicals with inositol,2,4-D gibberellic acid etc.to induce parthenogenesis.The results showed that the inositol(50 mg/kg) used as the second treatment themical in this experiment was better; the rate of induced fruiting could reach 1.83%,which was very different from CIA.The differences of induced effect exist among the materials of variety genotypes after spraying the No.9 compounded chemicals on them.So,We can raise the effect of breeding through selected varieties(or genotype) which can be induced easily.
