| 摘 要： | 研究鸡异刺线虫在罗斯鸡体内的发育史表明,感染性虫卵被宿主吞食后,卵内L_2于第4h开始释出,8～12 h内到达盲肠中发育,第4,6和12 d分别形成L_3,L_4和L_5,经31～56 d成熟排卵,此外,幼虫在肠粘膜内无组织移行过程。

| Abstract: | The study indicates that the L_2, whose hatching begins from the4th hour, arrives in the cecal cavity of chickens in 8 to 24 hours affer expo-sure. Then it develop into L_3, L_4 and L_5 on the 4th, 6th and 12th day res-pectively. Worm eggs are demonstrated in the faeces of infested chickens in 31to 56 days. There is no larvae tissue phase in the cecal mucosa. |
