| Abstract: | The advanced laboratory technique was used in this paper to determine the compositions of cordyceps barnesii Thwaites,such as the general nutrients(water,coarse protein,coarse fat,ash,whole sugar),amino acids,miniral elements,mannito(cordycepic acid),3'-deoxyadenosine(cordycepin),cordycepin polysaccharide,etc.Compared with cordycepic sinensis,a carefere comparatire analysis was also made.the reaults showed that the levels of protein,amino acids,and mineral elements in cordyceps sinensii thwaites are higher than that in cordyceps sinensis.the contents of 3'-deoxyadenosine,mannitol,cordycepic sinensis,and other similar things are nearly the same.All these findings provide scientific dasis for the application of cordyceps banesii thwaites in food and medicine. |
