蔗渣改良甘蔗实生苗假植基质初探

摘    要:【目的】利用现有的蔗渣资源,改良、筛选较适宜的甘蔗实生苗假植基质。【方法】采用泥∶蔗渣体积比1∶1、1∶2两个处理近11个月的自然堆沤,设常用纯泥土为对照,调查3个不同基质处理甘蔗实生苗假植成活率、分蘖率、茎径、株高,并测定根系干/鲜重、根系活力;另同样假植甘蔗实生苗于不同基质中,不除草,其他管理一致,观察杂草生长情况。【结果】3个处理的甘蔗实生苗假植成活率均达96%以上,相同杂交组合不同基质处理甘蔗实生苗移栽成活率稍低于对照,分蘖率高于对照,但差异均不显著;加入蔗渣改良的基质有利于假植苗的分蘖;随着基质中蔗渣比例的增加,实生苗根系干重、干鲜比和根系活力逐渐提高,且均高于对照。【结论】泥∶蔗渣=1∶2的基质较有利于达到培育壮苗的目的,可作为当前甘蔗实生苗假植基质。

Abstract:Objective]The objective of the present study was to develop a suitable medium by utilizing bagasse for planting sugarcane seedling. Method]The normal soil was used as the control, the mixture soil and bagasse in 1:1 and 1:2 ratios was kept for almost 11 month under natural environmental conditions followed by planting sugarcane seedlings in those mixtures. Survival rate, tillering rate, stalk diameter and plant height of sugarcane seedlings were investigated, ratio of fresh to dry weight and activity of root were also determined. Further, those seedlings were planted in three different medium without weeding, and the normal cultural conditions were applied. The growth status of weeds was investigated. Result]In all the treatments, more than 96% survival rate has been observed. Tillering rate in the sugarcane planted in soil+bagasse mixture was higher than the control, but the difference was not significant. The dry weight, ratio of fresh to dry weight and activity of sugarcane root increased gradually with increasing the proportion bagasse in culture medium, and were found higher than the control. Conclusion]The culture medium of soil mixed with bagasse in 1:2 ratio was found beneficial for the growth of sugarcane seedling. The study will help in breeding programs for propagating high number of sugarcane seedlings.
