摘    要:【目的】开发广西社会化农村科技信息综合服务平台,实现多种媒体、多种终端的农村科技信息服务。【方法】通过对农村科技信息综合服务、视频资源建设、远程培训、呼叫服务、产业信息化应用等需求进行分析,对广西社会化农村科技信息综合服务平台总体框架进行设计。【结果】设计了由技术集成层、内容支撑层、基础服务层、特色应用层、网络层和终端层6个部分组成的、适合广西特点的社会化农村科技信息综合服务平台总体框架。【结论】广西社会化农村科技信息综合服务平台具有信息数据集中、应用功能完善、服务覆盖面广等优点,为该平台详细功能的开发、测试、应用和农村科技信息服务模式提升奠定了科学基础。

Abstract:[Objective]The present study was aimed to design the socialized rural technology and science information comprehensive service platform in Guangxi in order to provide the science and technology information service with multichannel and -mode for rural region. [Method]Through analyzing the demands for rural science and technology information service, agricultural science and technology video resources, remote training, call center and agricultural industry informatization, the overall framework of the socialized rural technology and science information comprehensive service platform was designed in this study. [Result]The architecture of the socialized rural technology and science information comprehensive service platform was composed of technology integration layer, resources layer, basic service layer, application layer, network layer and terminal layer. It was proved to satisfy the rural demand for agricultural science and technology information. [Conclusion ]The platform was characterized by highly centralized information, perfect functions and wide coverage. The study also provided scientific references for development, testing and application of rural science and technology information service platform and improvement of rural science and technology information service mode.
