| 摘 要： | 对来自不同地域的12个茯芩菌株进行了酯酶同工酶的酶谱多样性分析.结果表明,酯酶同工酶电泳共栓出迁移率不同的谱带有8条酶带,各菌株分别具有2～6条酶带,其中GD、Scl、901和864等4个菌株亲缘关系非常近,具有共同的遗传基础;Sc,S1,864和876等4个菌株联合系数较小,亲缘关系较远;闽006与除Z(z)之外的其他10个菌株亲缘关系都比较远.

| Abstract: | Esterase isozyme polymorphisms of 12 cultivated strains in Poria cocos were investigated using vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that there were 8 different bands of esterase isozymes among 12 tested strains,each strains exhibited 2 to 6 bands respectively.Among tested strains,relative relation of GD,Sc1,901 and 864 were very near,indicating they had the common heredity background;Sc,S1,864 and 876 had smaller consociation coefficients,meaning the relative relation among th... |
