| 摘 要： | 通过DEAE-SepharoseFF离子交换层析、Superdex75凝胶层析和高效液相色谱,从金针菇中获得抗烟草花叶病毒蛋白Zb,经SDS-PAGE确定该蛋白相对分子质量为30ku.采用半叶法在心叶烟上检测抗烟草花叶病毒活性,发现该蛋白抑制中质量浓度为4.4μg·mL-1.

The purification of antiviral protein in Flammulina velutipes and its characteristic against tobacco mosaic virus |

| Abstract: | An antiviral protein, Zb, was isolated and purified from mushroom, Flammulina velutipes, by DEAE SepharoseFF ion exchange column chromatography, Superdex75 Gel filtration chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. The protein has a molecular weight of about 30 ku by SDS PAGE. By half leaf method on Nicotiana glutinosa, the mass concentration of the protein is 4.4 μg·mL-1 when the inhibition rate against tobacco mosaic virus is 50%. |
