摘    要:农产品与食品安全立法日益受到重视。借鉴发达国家的立法经验,中国的农产品与食品安全立法在于政府的持续规制、立法与行业自律三重合力的结果,其中立法是促进农产品与食品安全市场建设的核心。

Discussing on the legislative experience of developed countries,China's agricultural products and food safety legislation focuses on three areas:the continued regulation,legislation and industry self-regulation,and the legislation is the among the three areas.
