夜间照明对紫丁香光合作用的影响

摘    要:利用CI-320便携式光合测定仪于白天10:30~12:00、夜间20:30~21:50测定试验组(16 h光照)和对照组(12 h光照)叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度,并用图像扫描法测定叶面积,结果表明:在夜间灯光照射下,紫丁香夜间光合速率平均值为2.835 6 umol.m-2.s-1,胞间CO2浓度显著减少。同时,在白天,实验组叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度显著高于对照组,胞间CO2浓度与对照组无显著差异。夜间照明并未引起叶面积产生显著变化。

Abstract:The photoperiod of plants has been changed by the night lighting in urban.The effects of night lighting on photosynthesis and morphological traits of Syringa oblata were studied in this paper.The CI-320 Photosynthesis system was used to measure net photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration during 10:30~12:00 am.and 20:30~21:50 pm.The results showed that the average value of net photosynthetic rate of leaves under night lighting condition was 2.835 6 umol·m-2·s-1,and the intercellular CO2 concentration deceased.Furthermore,the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and the stomatal conductance of leaves under night lighting condition were increased obviously.However,there was no difference of intercellular CO2 concentration between the night lighted and the control treatments.The leaf area was not affected by the night lighting.The results of this research were expected to provide references for evaluation of the influences of night lighting on plant growth.
