作物秸秆与土壤混合栽培基质对越橘生物量的影响

摘    要:以玉米和大豆秸秆粉碎物按不同质量比与土壤充分混拌配制成混合栽培基质,研究其对越橘生物量的影响,结果表明:玉米秸秆与土壤混合栽培基质可有效提高越橘的生物量,其中以玉米与土壤120质量比的混合栽培基质效果最为显著。从植苗2个月至翌年的7月15日,基质的pH值稳定在4.3~5.2之间;株高、基生枝和延长枝的净生长量和叶片面积分别为46.2 cm、31.5 cm、7.46 cm、23.66 cm2,分别为对照的120.9%、120.2%、119.2%和117.6%;植株整株干重119.18 g,为对照的106.2%;坐果率达到94%,单株产量393.11 g,为对照的115%。

Abstract:The effects of straw-soil substance on the growth of Vaccinium vitis-idaea were detected.The substances were mixed by maize and soybean straw and soil at different proportions.The result showed that the mixed substance with corn straw could improve the growth and yield of Vaccinium vitis-idaea.The optimal proportion of maize straw to soil was 120.The pH value was 4.3~5.2.The growth of height,base branch,upper branch and leaf area were 46.2 cm、31.5 cm、7.46 cm、23.66 cm2,respectively,which were 120.9%、120.2%、119.2% and 117.6% higher than controls.The whole dry weight was 119.18 g,which was 106.2% higher than the control.The yield per plant was 393.11 g,115% higher than the control.
