摘    要:从葡萄采后致病菌Alternaria alternate(Fr.) Keissl的细胞壁中提取细胞壁混合物浸泡处理果实后,测定采后葡萄果皮几种抗病相关酶的变化。结果表明:葡萄经真菌细胞壁提取物处理后,其果皮内与抗病有关的过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性显著增强,其中以125mg/L处理的效果最佳。

Abstract:A substance was distilled from cell walls of fungi(Alternaria alternate(Fr.) Keissl) and was used to the post harvest grapes to study the changes of several enzymes related to disease resistance.The results show that the activities of peroxide(POD),polyphenoloxidase(PPO)and phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL)in pericarp of post harvest grapes increased significantly,and the most effective concentration was 125 mg/L.
