摘    要:教学团队建设是高校教学改革的内容之一,是提高教学质量的重要举措。建设植物生理学教学团队需要有一个良好的内外部环境。以此为基础,笔者所在教学团队重点加强了师资力量整合、团队带头人遴选、团队资源共享、教学和科研交流等方面的工作,教师的个人能力和整体教学水平明显提高。但在实践教学、教学团队管理、考评和酬金分配方面仍存在许多不足,有待进一步完善。

Abstract:Teaching team construction is a major content of teaching reform in colleges and uni- versities, and meanwhile, an important measure for teaching quality improvement. Construc- tion of a teaching team of Plant Physiology as a compulsory subject, needs a good inner and ex- ternal environment. On this basis, we focused on the integration of professional staff, team leader selecting, resource sharing, teaching and scientific research communication. Teacher's personal ability and the overall team teaching level has been improved significantly in application of the new measure. Yet there still exist some shortcomings in teaching practice, team management, work evaluation, and distribution of remuneration, which need to he further improved.
