| 摘 要： | 农民作为中国人数最多的一个群体,农民创业对于繁荣农村经济发展、构建和谐社会具有重要作用。文章通过对河北省农民创业意愿、创业素质、创业资本、创业规模、创业服务及创业政策等现状进行了调研分析,并从提高创业培训、拓宽融资渠道、畅通创业信息、营造良好氛围等方面提出了建议对策。

| Abstract: | Chinese farmers majority of the total Chinese population, need the initiatives to start their own enterprises, which plays an important role in prospering rural economic development and building harmonious society. Through the research and analysis on the current situation of the Hebei farmers＇ willingness of starting enterprises, their capability, their start-up funds, their enterprises＇ scale, their service contents and relevant policies, this paper presents some suggestions and countermeasures in the aspects of organizing some more trainings, expanding financing channels, facilitating the information related and creating a sound environment for farmers to start their enterprises. |
