关于节约型高校背景下后勤实现教育功能的探讨

文章对高校后勤自身教育功能的实现与教育部门的融合进行了探讨,论证了高校后勤作为教育主体的优势。通过直观的、引导型的宣传方式促进节约型价值观的养成;运用学生的专业知识,以自我实现为引导,促进节约型价值观的建立;引导学生就业,创造准工作环境促进学生适应社会工作关系,来建立节约型人才的多维培养模式,实现后勤自身教育功能。探讨了后勤工作与宣传、教育有机的结合的途径:通过引入文宣工作,使教育宣传直观化、实体化;利用节约型后勤建设引导师生校园自主创新。

Discussion on the education function realization of the university rear service under the background of the conservation-oriented society construction

This paper discusses the realization of its educational function through the integration of university rear service in colleges and universities and the education sector, demonstrating university rear service education as the main advantage. Through the guiding and intuitive propaganda way to develop economical values of students, using their professional knowledge to make self-realization as guide, promoting the establishment of conservation-minded values, guiding the employment of the students, and creating a working environment to accelerate the adaptation of students to the social work, a multidimensional conservation-oriented personnel training mode is supposed to he established to realize the education function of university rear service. This paper also discusses the ways of organic combination of university rear service with propaganda and education by introducing the intuiting and substantiating propaganda work, and guiding the campus independent innovation by building a conservation-oriented uni-versity rear service.
