摘    要:系统分析学生自主型课堂教学模式内涵,兼以工商管理类课堂实践教学为分析基础,从动态角度规范学生自主型课堂教学模式的操作程序。主要涵盖凝聚师生课堂学习的愿景达成;师生互益动机激发;行为导向、探究整合、学习共同体建设、情境模拟等策略的过程激励与反思引导;贯穿在该模式课堂教学并进行教学活动规约的全过程考评。

Abstract:System analysis on the connotation of student-oriented classroom teaching mode was conducted based on the business management classroom teaching. From the dynamic point, the operation procedure of student-oriented classroom teaching mode was normalized mainly in the aspects of the cohesion between teachers and students in class, learning vision reach and mutual benefit motivation including behavior orientability, exploration and integration process, moti-vation and learning community construction, the situational simulation strategy and introspec-tion guidance, and classroom teaching evaluation on the criterion implementation throughout the process of teaching activities.
