广西防城港红树林根系土壤放线菌的分离和培养

摘    要:为了解广西防城港海岸红树林根系土壤中放线菌的多样性,从红树林根系土壤中分离出放线菌后采用单菌落挑选与划线培养,利用溶菌酶破壁、蛋白酶K和SDS去除蛋白,提取放线菌总DNA.结果:从防城港海岸红树林根系土壤样品中分离出多株典型放线菌菌株,并成功提取了总DNA.分离纯化获得多株典型放线菌,提取的总DNA结构完整,可为放线菌的进一步研究奠定基础.

Abstract:The selection and culture of single colonies of actinomyces isolated from the soil of mangrove roots and the total DNA of the colonies was extracted by using lysozyme, protease K and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) to understand its biodiversity. The results showed that some typical strains of actinomyces were isolated from the soil of mangrove roots and its total DNA with a complete structure was extracted successfully, which lays a foundation for further research of actinomyces.
