摘    要:促性腺激素(GTH)在动物的生殖调控中占据中心地位,其生理功能主要通过其特异性受体FSHR和LHR所介导的.研究表明,GTHR在输卵管、子宫肌层、子宫内膜、子宫颈、子宫血管等部位存在,其对雌性哺乳动物生殖道功能的发挥起到重要的调控作用.文章主要对近年来国内外学者对FSHR、LHR在子宫和输卵管中分布和在发情周期的不同阶段表达量的变化,以及对子宫和输卵管的作用等方面进行了综述.

Abstract:Animal reproductive process is regulated by Gonadotropic Hormone(GTH).The physiological function of GTH depends on its specific receptor(FSHR,LHR).Receptors for these gonadotropins,which have been found throughout the reproductive tract: in the oviduct,endometrium,myometrium,cervix,and the uterine vessles,play an important role in the functions of femail mammalian reproductive tract.The objective of this review is to summarize the currenr knowledge of extra-gonadal GTH receptors in the reproductive tract.Suggestions as to the physiological funcitions of these receptors were also offered.
