蝎子草醇提浸膏对金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌机制的研究

摘    要:目的:研究蝎子草醇提浸膏(Girardinia suborbiculata C.J.Chen ethanol extract,GSEE)对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌机制.方法:测定蝎子草醇提浸膏对金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),通过GSEE对菌体生长曲线、菌体可溶性蛋白的表达和菌体核酸合成等的影响来对GSEE的抗菌机制进行研究.结果:GSEE对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为100 mg/mL,可明显抑制金黄色葡萄球菌对数生长期的菌体分裂;SDS-PAGE电泳表明,金黄色葡萄球菌的可溶性蛋白含量在GSEE作用后的条带明显少于对照组;同时,通过DAPI染色显示,GSEE对菌体的核酸合成具有显著抑制作用.结论:GSEE对金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强的抗菌作用,其抗菌机制可能通过抑制菌体可溶性蛋白的表达和菌体核酸的合成等方面来实现抑制金黄色葡萄球菌的生长.
