空气暴露对南方鲇血液学指标的影响

摘    要:研究了空气暴露对南方鲇血液学指标的影响,分别测定了南方鲇在空气中暴露0,1,3,6,9,15 min后,以及经15 min空气暴露然后恢复1,3,6,12,24 h的红细胞数量、血红蛋白含量、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量、血清葡萄糖浓度、血清甘油三酯浓度和血清总蛋白浓度.结果显示:超过1 min的空气暴露对南方鲇各项血液学指标均有明显影响,甘油三酯对空气暴露的敏感性最高,其次是血糖,其它各项指标的敏感性较低.随暴露时间(T)延长,血糖浓度(Cglucose)呈曲线增高,二者关系可描述为:Cglcuose=0.415 8+0.734 5(1-e-0.148 5T),(n=36,r2=0.924,p<0.001).分析表明鱼体在空气暴露中对糖的利用增强,对脂肪的利用减弱.建议将鱼血液学研究的采血操作时间控制在1 min以内,可以通过暂养恢复以减少空气暴露对血液学指标的影响.

Abstract:In an experiment,southern catfish(Silurus meridionalis) were subjected to aerial exposure,and red blood cells,hemoglobin,mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),plasma glucose,triglyceride and total protein concentrations of the serum were measured in the fish sampled 0,1,3,6,9,15 min after the start of aerial exposure,and 1,3,6,12,24 h after the 15 min aerial exposure treatment.All the parameters studied were significantly influenced by aerial exposure more than 1 min.Triglyceride was most sensitive to aerial exp...
