| Abstract: | The professional managers cultivation problem of peasants specialized cooperative economic organizations is an important factor on how to raise peasants organized degree in the future.Therefore,analyzing the specific problems existing in the process and its countermeasures will increase the level of training effectively.At the same time,the cultivation of professional managers will have great significance for optimizing the structure of employment and raising the operational efficiency of peasants specialized cooperative economic organizations. |
