天然植物提取物对仔猪生长性能的影响及其作用机理研究

摘    要:考察饲粮中添加0.3%天然植物提取物对杜长大仔猪生长性能、肠道菌群、血清生化指标和免疫功能的影响。结果表明,与添加常规抗生素添加剂CSP-250的对照相比,仔猪日粮中添加0.3%天然植物提取物,使仔猪的日增重和饲料转化率分别提高了10.50%(P<0.05)和6.03%(P<0.05);使仔猪盲肠内双歧杆菌数、乳酸杆菌数分别增加了69.65%(P<0.05)和29.69%(P<0.05),大肠杆菌数和梭菌数分别下降84.38%(P<0.05)和58.07%(P<0.05)。使仔猪血清TP、GLO、CHO和TG3含量,分别增加了13.74%(P<0.05)、35.79%(P<0.05)、19.64%(P<0.05)和22.35%(P<0.05);使仔猪血液中的cAMPc、GMP含量分别提高了164.07%(P<0.05)、69.43%(P<0.05),使cAMP/cGMP比值提高了55.80%(P<0.05);使血清IgG和IgM水平分别提高了23.75%(P<0.05)和25.04%(P<0.05);使C3、C4水平分别提高了12.16%(P<0.05)和13.51%(P<0.05);使白细胞数量增加了46.31%(P<0.05),其中单核细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜酸性细胞和嗜中性细胞分别增加了80.79%(P<0.05)、76.60%(P<0.05)4、40.00%(P<0.05)和28.02%(P<0.05)。

Abstract:This experiment investigated the effects of feeding Extraction of Natural Plants(ENP) at the level of 0.3% on growth performance,intestinal microflora,biochemical index of serum and immune function in piglets.The results were as follows: Consumption of 0.3% ENP increased ADG by 10.50%(P<0.05)and FI by 6.03%(P<0.05) as compared with the control group respectively.Supplementation with 0.3% ENP increased the viable counts of cecal Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli by 69.65%(P<0.05)and 29.69%(P<0.05) respectively;and reduced the viable counts of cecal Colibacillus and Clostridia by 84.38%(P<0.05) and 58.07%(P<0.05) respectively.Supplementation with 0.3% ENP increased the content of TP,GLO,CHO and TG3 in serum by 13.74%(P<0.05),35.79%(P<0.05),19.64%(P<0.05)and 22.35%(P<0.05)respectively;increased the content of cAMP,cGMP in serum,the ratio of cAMP and cGMP of treatment piglets by 164.07%(P<0.05),69.43%(P<0.05)and 55.80%(P<0.05);increased the content of IgG and IgM in serum by 23.75%(P<0.05),25.04%(P<0.05) respectively;and increased the content of C3 and C4 in serum by 12.16%(P<0.05)and 13.51%(P<0.05).The counting test on the number of white cell and differential count indicated that those relevant digitals were larger than those of piglets that fed with routine antibiotic,and the oxyphilous white cell was increased by 440.00%(P<0.05).
