也谈炎帝 神农氏与湖南茶史

通过对炎帝、神农和湖南茶史的有关研究成果和文献资料进行归纳整理，可知：炎帝其所以得名，是以火德王天下。神农因天之时，分地之利，制耒耜，教民农作。神而化之，使民宜之，故谓之神农。神农氏和炎帝起源于南方，逐渐北上，一度在姜水一带成功称霸，后来被黄帝打败，最后又撤回南方老家，并葬在湖南。陆羽说过“茶之为饮，发乎神农氏”，炎陵是神农氏的归葬之地，神农氏在湖南的活动中应当涉及到了茶。很多古籍上有关于湖南茶事的记载，这些典籍可以证明湖南有着悠久的产茶历史。
