电控共轨喷油器喷油特性的仿真研究

摘    要:通过运用HYDSIM液力计算软件模拟电控共轨喷油器的喷射特性,探讨了电控共轨喷油器控制室的进油孔、出油孔和控制活塞直径的变化对喷油器喷嘴针阀升程及喷油规律的影响。分析结果表明,需要选择合适的共轨喷油器控制室进油孔、出油孔及控制活塞直径,以便使柴油机发挥更加良好的工作性能和排放性能。

Abstract:In this paper,based on HYDSIM software for the dynamic analysis of hydraulic and hydromechanical systems,the injection characteristics of the common rail injection system were simulated.The effects of the diameters of the inlet throttle and the outlet throttle of the control volume and the diameter of control piston upon the needle lift of the nozzle and the injection rate of the nozzle orifice were researched.Finally,a conclusion is given:in order that diesel engines can arrive at much nicer operating performance and emission behavior,the appropriate diameters of inlet throttle and outlet throttle of the control volume and control piston should be evaluated.
