匍匐栀子花、早菊在形态发生过程中过氧化物酶同工酶谱的研究

摘    要:匍匐栀子花、早菊叶外植体在分化和脱分化过程中,过氧化物酶同工酶谱相应发生变化。当愈伤组织上含胚性细胞时,过氧化物酶同工酶谱带增多,并且大多集中在“一”极慢带区。吲哚丁酸(IBA)在诱导早菊分化苗生根的过程中,过氧化物酶同工酶谱带逐日增多,当IBA、萘乙酸(NAA)和脱落酸(ABA)诱导早菊苗基端出现根原体时,它们具相似的过氧化物酶同工酶谱。在生根培养基中,添加活性炭,可促进试管苗提前生根,苗健壮。

Abstract:Gardenia jasminoides and Dendranthema morifolium cv. Xia Ju were cultured on MS medium with 2mg/l BA 0.lmg/1 NAA and 3mg/l BA 0.05mg/l NAA respectively. The peroxidase isozyme pattern occurred change with differentiation and dedifferentiation of explants. When callus with embryoids appeared, the number of peroxidase isozyme increased. The results were illustrated in Fig. 1, 2. 1/2MS medium separately added O.lmg/1 IBA, O.lmg/1 NAA and 0.lmg/1 ABA which can promose rooting of Dendranthema mori folium cv. Xia Ju.When 1mm primary roots in the basal ends of shoots were induced by above growth regulators, they appeared the similar peroxidase isozyme patterns. The Fig. 4 shows the result. Activated carbon can precociously enhance rooting of in vitro and more vigorous by the addition to a rooting medium.
