摘    要:对刨片机刀片支承座加工工艺流程进行了改进,以保证加工基准的统一。改进设计的专用工装提高了刀片支承座的加工精度和生产效率,使BX4612/5环式刨片机能真正做到以产保销。

Abstract:The flaker blade support maching process flow is improved to ensure a uniform machining datum. The special tooling with improved design can improve blade support machining accuracy and production efficiency, realizing the real sales guaranteed by production of BX4612/5 Ring Flaker.
