基于GIS的赤峰市干旱灾害风险区划与分析

摘    要:为了提升干旱灾害风险管理和决策水平,减轻灾害造成的损失,通过采用自然灾害风险评价的理论和方法,利用赤峰市1981-2010年的气象观测资料和历史干旱灾害资料,综合12个县(区、旗)的自然、社会经济、防灾减灾等数据,以及1:50000地理信息数据,得出干旱灾害风险指数,并基于GIS技术绘制出干旱灾害风险区划图。结果表明:综合不同阶段的干旱风险指数,翁牛特旗和林西县的干旱风险指数最高,克什克腾旗、喀喇沁旗和宁城县的风险指数最低。

Abstract:

In order to improve the drought disaster risk management and decision-making level, this paper using the theory and method of natural disaster risk evaluation, and the meteorological observation data in Chifeng from 1981 to 2010, comprehensive data of the natural, social economy, disaster prevention and mitigation and 1:50000 geographic information data in 12 county (district, Banner), the drought disaster risk index was calculated through and the risk division of drought disaster map was got based on GIS technology. Result showed that, the drought risk index of Ongniud Banner and Linxi County was the highest, the drought risk index of Hexigten Banner, Harqin Banner and Ningcheng County was the lowest, according to comprehensive analysis the different stages of the drought risk index.
