摘    要: 以耐低氧性较强的网纹2号和耐低氧性较弱的西域1号厚皮甜瓜为材料,探讨了营养液低氧胁迫下厚皮甜瓜几个逆境指标的变化。结果表明,低氧胁迫下两个厚皮甜瓜品种叶片的抗氧化酶SOD、POD、CAT活性均被诱导,脯氨酸和丙二醛含量也相应增加,处理0~50d时网纹2号的抗氧化酶活性总体上比西域1号高,处理后期(50~60d)低于西域1号。表明整个低氧胁迫处理过程中较高的脯氨酸和较低的丙二醛含量、低氧胁迫处理前期较高而后期较低的抗氧化酶活性有利于增强植株的耐低氧性。

Abstract:Wangwen No.2 and Xiyu No.1 were selected to study their physiological indexes response to hypoxia stress.The resistance to hypoxia stress of Xiyu No.1 was more sensitive than that of Wangwen No.2.The results showed that the activities of antioxidative enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT)of two varieties leaves were both induced,the contents of proline and MDA also increased greatly.The activities of antioxidative enzymes of Wangwen No.2 were higher than those of Xiyu No.1 in 0-50 days after treatment.This indicated that some physiological changes could enhance hypoxia tolerance of muskmelon,which were more proline and less MDA content during the whole treatment,higher activities of antioxidative enzymes in early treatment stage but lower in late stage.
