二化螟性诱剂在水稻生产中的应用及诱控效果研究

从理论上阐述了昆虫的化学通讯方式和昆虫性息素的生物学特性，二化螟性诱剂的成份，结构及其原理。从实践上开展了二化螟性诱剂的诱捕技术和应用效果研究，并进行了大面积试验示范。结果表明：采用水盆式诱捕器简单方便，对二化螟雄蛾具有很好的诱杀作用，成虫羽化期间的盆中日诱蛾量可明显反映出田间虫量。由于诱杀了大量雄蛾，导致田间雌雄比例失调，降低了成虫自然交配率，有效减少了子代虫口密度和危害程度，其诱控效果一般为70．0％～80．0％，与杀虫灯或一般药剂的防效相当，该项技术在二化螟中等或偏轻发生年份可大面积推广应用。

Application and Trapping-control Effect of Sex Attractant on Chilo Suppressalis in Rice Production

The chemical communication of insects and the biological characteristics of insect sex pheromone were described in theory, and the composition, structure and principle of sex attractant for Chilo Suppressalis were introduced. The trapping technology and the applying effect of sex attraetant for Chilo Suppressa]is were studied by large-scale field experiment and demonstration. The results showed that the plastic basin trap not only has the characteristics of simple and convenient, but also has a very good effect on controlling male moths of Chilo Suppressalis. The amount of trapped moths per day can obviously reflect the quantity of Chilo Suppressalis in field during eclosion period. A large number of male moths were trapped, which leads to the imbalance of female-male rat in rice field. As a result, the rate of adult natural mating, the offspring insect density and the degree of damage caused by Chilo Suppressalis were significantly reduced by 70%～80%, which have the same controlling effect compared with insect killer lamp or conventional chemical agent. The insect sex attractant could be applied in large area when Chilo Suppressalis occurring in medium or mild degree.
