| 摘 要： | 本文对国内外林业政策研究的发展状况及趋向,做了简要的分析论述;依据我国国情和林情的主要特点,分析和阐明了加强林业政策学科研究工作的重要性和必要性;提出了积极开展林业政策学研究的主要问题;论述了林业政策体系的构成及其内涵。

| Abstract: | This article briefly discusses the present situation and development trends of forest policy research both at home and abroad. On the basis of our analysis of national forest conditions, the authors propose that a strengthening of forest policy research is imperative. Suggestions for the formation and implications of a new forest policy system are given. |
