不同森林植被下土壤酶活性研究

摘    要:采样分析了湖州市马尾松林、毛竹林和杉木林3种林分土壤的酶活性。结果表明,毛竹林土壤的蔗糖酶和磷酸酶活性显著高于马尾松林和杉木林(P<0.05),而马尾松林与杉木林之间无明显不同。从3种林分总体上分析,土壤脲酶、蛋白酶、蔗糖酶和磷酸酶活性与土壤有机质、全氮、水解氮含量具有显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)相关性。而单个林种土壤酶活性与养分含量的相关性均不理想,且林种间存在较大差异。

Abstract:Study on enzymatic activities of soil from Pinus massoniana, Phyllostachys heterocycla var. pubescens and Cunninghamia lanceolata stand showed that enzymatic activities of sucrase and phosphatase from Ph.heterocycla var. pubescens were higher than that from the other two stands (P<0.05), and there were not evident difference between that of P. massoniana and C. lanceolata. General analysis indicated that enzymatic activities of sucrase phosphatase, urease and protease had close relation (P<0.05, P<0.01) with soil nutrients, such as organic matter, total nitrogen, hydrolysable nitrogen content. However, such relation was not observed in single stand.
