PBO对葡萄试管苗繁殖和移栽成活率的影响

摘    要:在葡萄组培快繁当中,为了解决试管苗生长细弱,对继代扩繁和移栽成活影响较大的问题,在改良B5+IAA0.2mg/L培养基中加入不同浓度的PBO,设空白对照,行单因素试验。经统计分析结果表明,PBO各个浓度均可使葡萄试管苗植株高度降并进低,茎杆粗度增加,以添加PBO0.06mg/L的培养基扩繁效果最佳,增殖率达7.2倍,以添加PBO0.03mg/L的培养基培养的苗木移栽成活率最高,达89.0%。

Abstract:In the tissue culture for rapid propagation of the grape, in order to deal with the plant growing slim on the subculture and its influence on the proliferation and percentage of transplanting success, the single factor experiment that adding PBO with different density in improved medium B5+IAA 0.2 mg/L was carried out. The results showed that PBO with different density could decrease the test-tube seedling's height and increase the stem. The proliferation rate adding PBO 0.06 mg/L could increase by 7.2 times. And the highest percentage of transplanting success of quotient of multiplication adding 0.03 mg/L of PBO is 89.0%.
